SHE'S HERE

Lilly Rae Hoyos is here!! We are so glad that our little girl is here. She was born on July 13th at 5:24 am after a very easy labor and delivery. My contractions started around 11:00 pm on Saturday and by 1:00 am we were off to the hospital. My contractions were pretty strong and only 2 mins apart but I was managing them just fine and actually wanted to stay home a little longer but Jorge thought it would be best if we went in so we did. When we got there I was only dilated to 2. I got my epidural around 4:00 am and was still only at 2 and 1/2. Around 4:30 we decided to get some sleep. I was still feeling the contractions some but was able to rest for a little. At about 5:10 am i started to feel lots of pressure so I woke up Jorge and told him to call the Nurse. She came in and checked me and I was already 10cm dilated , so she called the doctor and at 5:24 after 3 pushes Lilly was here! I have been feeling great. We Had to stay in the hospital until Tuesday night because Lilly was having trouble keeping her temperature up. She is doing great now.

Summer Time

Finally I have the summer time weather that I have been waiting for, actually this last week we had record breaking heat! And guess what? Our air conditioner broke!! Just my luck. Anyways we got it fixed and are doing much better now. I had my 34 week doctors appointment today ( I will be 34 weeks on Thursday) I had an ultrasound and Lilly is head down! I always worry about that. She is measuring a little small but still in the normal range, I guess I just have small girls :)
I have been trying to take the kids outside everyday. We go to the park and feed the ducks or I let them play in their little pool. Other then that not a lot going on.

Our Trip To The Beach

Well for mothers day weekend we ended up going to the beach! We had lots of fun and it was relaxing, just wish the weather would have been nicer! We went to Rohoboth Beach in Delaware. On the beach they had a place called Funland thats like a little amusement park so the kids and daddy got to go on the rides. They had lots of fun!! Even though it was chilly we let the kids play in the water some, Jorgie thought it was the best thing ever!! Here are lots of pictures.

Well not a lot has been going on here, just enjoying some nice weather. The kids are both doing great. We have a mini vacation planed for the beach and cant wait for that. Other then that nothing go on.

Sorry its been so long since I posted. I have no energy these days! I am know 27 weeks pregnant, I cant believe how fast time is going. For those who dont know we are going to name the baby Lilly Rae. April is so excited to be having a little sister, she is always hugging and kissing on my stomach.Where ever we go she tells everyone "my mommy is going to have a baby, its going to be a girl" so cute! Jorgie really doesnt care right now, Im not even sure he understands. This past weekend we got him a "big boy" bed and a new dresser. He had no trouble going from his crib to his new bed!! My babies are growing up so fast.

What a week!

This past week has not been a good one! April got sick with a stomach bug on Wednesday, Jorgie got it on Friday, Jorge got it on Saturday. Im so glad I never got it. Jorgie only had it for 2
days but poor April had it for 6! Anyways everyone is doing better now and I will try to post some pictures.

IT'S A ???

Girl..... Probably. I had my ultrasound the other day and everything is right on track. The baby is measuring on target and everything is going along perfect! The doctor wasnt able to get a real good view, but said it looks like a girl!! I know its a girl, i have known this since I found out I was pregnant. I will have another ultrasound on April 1rst to find out for sure.
April and Jorgie have both had colds this last week. spring needs to hurry up. Other then that they are doing good, although they have been fighting some latly. Jorgie has gotten 3 new teeth in the last week so maybe that has something to do with it.
